This system is certainly one of the most developed in Europe and allows you to cross France far and wide between monuments, natural areas and one of the most varied and fascinating coasts, both on the Atlantic and Mediterranean sides.
To select the best gravel itineraries in France, we took into consideration some parameters such as compatibility with a 2 to 14 day holiday, the accessibility of the itinerary by means of transport and the presence of cycle tourism services in the surrounding area.

The itinerary is a mixed asphalt/dirt road and is scenically very suggestive and suitable for any type of cyclist given the low altitude.
La ciclovia Velodysee fa parte della Eurovelo 1 ed è una delle ciclovie più famose di Francia. La maggior parte dell’itinerario si svolge su pista ciclabile ma si percorrono anche strade secondarie strade rurali. Il dislivello complessivo è veramente limitato quindi è adatta a ciclisti di qualsiasi livello di allenamento. L’intera organizzazione della ciclovia è di natura pubblica, le infrastrutture sono di ottima qualità e i luoghi attraversati sono molto interessanti sia dal punto di vista culturale che paesaggistico.
